Cars are currently in the beta test phase of Infestation. They are generally only attainable from the Airfield located at the bottom left of the Colorado map. Fuel/gasoline cans to power cars spawn randomly around the world map. In the future other modes of transport and vehicles will be introduced. You cannot purchase transport from the market but you can buy fuel/gasoline.
